So excited for our first Family Dinner Night of the school year!

Shoutout to 4th grade for being the MOST ENGAGED grade on IXL this week. They will receive a free trip from the Temi Trolley tomorrow!

Dear CSP Elementary Families,
I want to take a moment to thank each of you for your patience and cooperation during morning drop-off. However, I must address the most stressful part of my day: managing the increasing traffic issues. We are facing significant challenges with families not following the established traffic pattern, and this is not only causing delays but also putting everyone’s safety at risk.
One of the biggest concerns is the number of illegal U-turns being made on Airport 100 Way. These actions are extremely dangerous and could lead to serious accidents, especially with the high volume of trucks in the area. For the safety of our students, staff, and community, I urge all parents to follow the traffic pattern and go all the way to the end of Airport 100 Way to make the U-Turn.
Please be aware that police will soon be enforcing these rules, and those making illegal U-turns or failing to follow the traffic pattern may be ticketed.
To help ensure a smooth process, I encourage everyone to watch the traffic pattern video that we shared at the start of the school year. You can find the video at the following link: https://mycspes.org/csp-families/parents/car-loop-traffic-video/.
Thank you for your attention to this important matter and for helping keep our school safe.
Sincerely,
Tabatha Camacho
Principal, Chesapeake Science Point Elementary

CSPES Families,
Our fall picture day will be Friday, October 4th. Students must wear their polo uniform for this picture day. If your child has PE this day, please send them to school in their polo uniform.

🌧️🌂 Good morning tiger fam! It's another rainy arrival. Please exercise caution and patience this morning on the roads. We will use the full length of the car loop, as usual. Please ensure your child is prepared to exit the car so that we can make the process efficient for all!
