At Woodside student's are expected to be prepared, respectful, inspiring, dependable, and engaged in all settings. Students who demonstrate these behaviors are rewarded PRIDE points in the Rooms App. You can view your child's report using the "behavior" tab in the Rooms App. The staff also write Positive Behavior Referrals for individual students. Thier names are announced over the PA system, and they are able to get a free book from our PBIS vending machine. This is a big highlight for the children! Please encourage your child to show their Woodside PRIDE each day on their way to school and help them be prepared by coming to school on time each day. You just can't hide that Woodside PRIDE!

#TBT Spotlight on CTE
Ms. Ingle, a former student at the Center of Applied Technology South(CAT-South), is now the HVAC Instructor at CAT-South.
It is rewarding to have the opportunity to give back to the school that gave me so much. I never thought I would be able to be a teacher due to learning disabilities, but that only made me stronger as a teacher and as a student. I always say my brains are in my hands, but due to my learning disabilities, I can see things and explain things in a better way to help people understand. Now, as a teacher, I help other students with the same disability learn that having an IEP or 504 is just your toolbox, and your tools are there to help you succeed with the job at hand.
As a student, I competed in Skills USA and placed third in the States Competition. Now, I am also an NTHS member and a big supporter of Skills USA and what it stands for, which is why I help support this competition every year.
