This will allow us to order enough food for the entire family and be aware of any allergies. After eating a delicious meal, children 4-12 years old will have fun playing board games and/or Math Bingo led by WES staff. Close by, caregivers and guests will be fully engaged in a 45-minute informational presentation provided by our community partner, Educational Systems Federal Credit Union. Your time will not be wasted; you don't want to miss this one. There will be lots of free giveaways and prizes too!

WES students (all Pre K-5th grade)and family members are invited to attend the University of Maryland @ College Park, Maryland Day on Saturday, April 26, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Transportation and Lunch will be provided. The Board of Education of Anne Arundel County will honor four county students who have been named National Merit Scholarship finalists at its next meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
Also at the meeting, the Board will hear a summary of key education-related legislation considered by the Maryland General Assembly during its most recent session, which concluded on April 7.
