MGA is excited for our first soccer games of the season. Tomorrow's (3/26) games will be held at Brooklyn Park Middle School (not at Brock Bridge Park). Student athletes will take the bus to and from the games. Post game pick-up at MGA should be around 7:30 pm.

If you would like to watch our student athletes, here are some things to know:
Brooklyn Park Middle School's address is 200 Hammonds Lane, Baltimore, MD 21225.
Spectators should park in the parking spots along the bus drop off lane (see the image below).
We will be playing on the main turf (football) field.
Boys play first, starting at 4:45, with girls playing at 6:00 pm.
All spectators will be seated in the bleachers.
The only available restrooms are port-a-potties, so prepare accordingly.

Thank you for supporting our MGA Student Athletes!

Thank you so much!

Dear PTA Members and School Community,

As we look ahead to the end of our fiscal year, I’d love to invite you to be part of an important and exciting step for our PTA—planning for our next leadership team.

All current PTA officer terms will conclude at the end of this fiscal year, and we will be electing new officers at our May general membership meeting. The positions to be filled are:

- President

- Vice President

- Treasurer

- Two Secretary positions

To begin this process, we are seeking volunteers to serve on our PTA Nominating Committee. This is a great way to get involved, meet other engaged parents, and help ensure a strong and thoughtful leadership team for the coming year.

At our March 17, 2026 general membership meeting, PTA members will elect three (3) volunteers from among those interested to serve on the Nominating Committee. The committee’s role is to nominate one eligible candidate for each officer position.

The Nominating Committee will present its slate of nominees to the general membership at least ten (10) days prior to our May 19, 2026 meeting, at which time the PTA will vote on officers. Additional nominations may also be made from the floor at that meeting.

If you are interested in volunteering for the Nominating Committee, please email secretary@mgapta.org no later than March 8, 2026.

If you have ever considered getting more involved—or simply want to support the PTA behind the scenes—this is a wonderful opportunity. Your participation helps keep our PTA strong, inclusive, and representative of our school community.

Thank you for your continued support of our PTA and our school. Together, we make a difference.

Warmly,

Kristin McFarlane
