If your child was on the Fort McHenry field trip today, they are expected to return earlier than we thought. They will arrive here at school between 3:00-3:15. Please pick those students up at that time. Thank you!

As a reminder, on Monday, November 4, 2024, we will close our morning drop-off doors at 7:55 a.m. We begin welcoming students into the building at 7:40 a.m. each day. This adjustment allows us to ensure that students are seated and ready to begin their day promptly when the bell rings at 8:00am. Any student arriving after 7:55am will not be able to enter through the side door and must be accompanied by an adult into the front office to sign in. Please make the necessary arrangements to ensure that your child is dropped off no later than 7:55 a.m., so they can start their day smoothly.

It's another beautiful, late fall day outside and whether you're already out and about or just need something to do, head to any Always Ice Cream Company location and pick up a scoop (or two, or a pint, or ...) of the official AACPS flavor, Smart Cookie! Dress up day tomorrow! Students can dress up as their favorite character, Halloween costumes, or wear fancy clothes. We will have a parade inside to celebrate everyone in our school. This is not a Halloween celebration. Students may not have weapons or masks and need to be prepared for recess and/or PE with school shoes.

Our annual Trunk or Treat & Family Book Fair night is tomorrow, 10/25/24! Join us from 5:30pm - 7:00pm. We will have trunk or treating,  games and crafts! Food Truck and Dippin' Dots are available for onsite purchases.  The book Fair will be open from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. We hope to see you there!
